Responsibilities
- Drafting, legal review and approval of contracts (works, subcontract, supply, lease)
- Legal support for tenders and procurement (44-FZ, 223-FZ)
- Claims and litigation, representing the company in courts and state bodies
- Supporting construction projects: permits, land and property matters
- Advising departments on corporate, labour and tax matters
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- 3+ years as a lawyer, preferably in construction or development
- Knowledge of civil, land and urban-planning law, 44-FZ / 223-FZ
- Contract and litigation experience, confident ConsultantPlus / Garant
- Attention to detail, systematic, comfortable with large volumes of documents
