This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) has been developed to comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines how personal data is processed and the measures taken to ensure its security by Gazpromstroy LLC (the “Operator”).
The Operator regards the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data — including the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality — as a paramount objective.
By using the websites gazpromstroy.net and газпромстрой.рф, submitting a request through the contact forms or otherwise providing your data, you confirm your agreement to this Policy.

03What data we collect
The Operator processes only the personal data necessary to provide services and interact with the user. The processed data may include:
- Contact details you provide voluntarily: first and last name, phone number, email address, organisation name.
- Message content — the text of a message sent through a form on the website.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, on-site activity data and cookies.
The Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data (race, ethnicity, political views, health, etc.) or biometric data.
04Purposes & legal basis
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- processing requests and enquiries, preparing commercial proposals;
- communicating with the user and advising on services;
- performing contracts and obligations to the client;
- improving the website, traffic and service-quality analytics;
- complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject’s consent, as well as in the cases provided for by Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ — to perform a contract to which the subject is a party and to achieve the purposes provided for by law.
05Transfer & retention
The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to fulfil obligations to the user, or where such transfer is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation (upon request of authorised state bodies).
Parties engaged for processing (e.g. hosting providers and web-analytics services) act on the Operator’s instructions and are obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with data-protection requirements.
Personal data is stored no longer than required for the purposes of its processing. Once those purposes are achieved, or upon withdrawal of consent, the data is destroyed or anonymised, unless otherwise provided by law.
06Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit the site. They allow the site to work correctly, remember settings and collect anonymised visit statistics.

08Security measures
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution, including:
- use of a secure connection (HTTPS/SSL);
- limiting the number of people with access to the data;
- storing data on secure servers with access-rights segregation;
- regular monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of the measures taken.
09Changes to the policy
The Operator may make changes to this Policy. A new version takes effect upon its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version. The current version is always available at gazpromstroy.net/personalnye-dannye (and on the mirror газпромстрой.рф/personalnye-dannye).
