Cost estimator (QS)

Preparing and reviewing cost estimates and commercial proposals for construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing local and object estimates (resource method, FSNB-2022)
  • Reviewing contractor and supplier estimates
  • Preparing bills of quantities and commercial proposals
  • Defending estimates before the client

Requirements

  • 3+ years of estimating experience
  • Knowledge of GRAND-Smeta / Smeta.ru, FSNB-2022
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset
