Administrative and organisational support for the company’s director: scheduling, document management, communications coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Planning the director’s day and calendar
  • Organising meetings, conferences and business trips
  • Handling business correspondence and document flow
  • Tracking task execution and liaising with departments
  • Travel support and running the director’s office

Requirements

  • Higher education, articulate spoken and written communication
  • 1+ year as a personal / executive assistant
  • Confident PC user (MS Office, Google), business etiquette
  • Well-organised, presentable and able to multitask
